Verify Your Insurance Benefits
We are currently in-network with UnitedHealthcare (UHC), Aetna, and Veterans Affairs (VA). If you have one of these insurance plans, please provide your insurance information so we can help verify your acupuncture benefits. For other insurance plans, we are considered out-of-network. You may contact your insurance company directly to determine whether your plan includes acupuncture benefits and whether out-of-network acupuncture services are covered. If your plan provides out-of-network benefits, we can provide a superbill after your visit for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement are determined by your individual insurance plan.
